Ballerina birthday chair

Old chair frame  (maybe used as a plant holder in the garden once lol) spray painted.  Tulle simply knotted,  rhinestone ribbon added,  and a new pink cushion. 

Used at Lacie's 3rd birthday party that had a ballerina theme.
