Texas Rangers Cake

Sugar Free Chocolate Cake with buttercream icing!!  We love our texas Rangers!  Antlers Up! *o*

This is the same cake at a different view.  I wanted to show you this man (David Murphy- our favorite!) made out of Rice Krispy Treats, fondant and buttercream icing!  Made a great birthday cake for someone special!!

Sandwich Trays

This tray was done for a kids party so they are PB&J sandwiches!  (Fun!)  These trays are also great for wedding and baby showers, birthday parties, or the big game!  We can create a selection of sandwiches or do a whole tray of your favorite sandwiches!
Options vary on types of breads, meats, cheeses, spreads, garnishes, and condiments!  We will even make a really great Ice cream Sandwich tray for dessert!  ;-)

Football Field Cake with Pompom Cupcakes

This cake was done for a local little league football team and cheerleading squad end-of-season party!  The field itself is an over-sized sheet of white cake.  The football tier is chocolate cake as well as the pompom cupcakes.  Everything is covered in buttercream icing!  (NOTICE: No Fondant was used in the making of this cake! lol)  This cake fed about 120 people!  Even though getting this cake loaded in the car was a tight squeeze, it was wonderful to see the kids' faces when we unloaded this huge cake!

Tommy the Tool Man Cake

This is a 3 layer Carrot cake with whipped cream cheese icing filling.  I made this for my father-in-law's birthday!  He really seemed to enjoy it!  ;-)
The tool box is covered in butter cream icing.  However the locks and handle are both made from fondant.  The tape measurer and hammer are both made from rice cereal treats and fondant and the pencil from only fondant.  This was the first cake I ever tried to recreate wood or metal!  (On the hammer)  I was pleased with how it turned out overall!
